We launched GG ice Cream in 2006 to provide delicious and unusual ice creams from milk from our beautiful black and white Holstein Friesian cows of Nether Pratis Farm in Fife’s beautiful East Neuk.

And who are we? We are Gillian Whiteford and Gordon Lyle - business partners in GG Ice Cream. We provide high quality ice creams from local produce and the milk produced by Gordon’s family farm and a range of delicious sorbets. We currently supply delicatessens, farm shops and restaurants across Fife and plan to develop our distribution further in 2009.

Gordon is responsible for the milk side of the business and Gillian makes the ice creams, develops new products and finds us new customers.

We have a fabulous and unique ice cream parlour that is situated in the heart of the farm in fantastic countryside. We are surrounded by the cows munching happily away in their fields.
